锡银钎料温度低，润湿性好，配以软钎剂能焊接大部份铁类或非铁类（包括不锈钢、镍、铜、黄铜等）材料，更适合某些不同金属或振动场合下的焊接。焊接铜管接头，其抗拉强度96Mpa,延伸率48％，焊缝亮银色，无氧化，已被广泛用于整个工业领域，特别是食品工业。
